Possible Competitions
Between pooling registration fees and begging Copetas for swag or corporate donations, we should be able to come up with a few prizes to award. Silly and unique, if inexpensive, trinkets often fit the bill. We don't necessarily expect (sufficient) entrants in every such competition; if not, we just don't hold the competition or award anything.
