      • Which machines need to be moved away from the old rack ahead of time? Will they need downtime?
      • Which machines should be put on this rack once it's in place? Will they need downtime?
    • Pick a date/timeline for this so that relevant announcements can go out
      • stroucki suggests this may be a multi-week project
        • First Saturday: Move machines off of old rack (downtime as necessary)
        • Second Saturday: Remove old rack, set up new rack
        • Third Saturday: Move machines to new rack (downtime as necessary)
