budget stuff

• no money over the summer because student activities lroop met with JFC about appeal on Sunday
  • they probably realized we need a phone line
  oracle report with boring things on it we should buy things before the year is up

saturday

• isildur was there :O
  • did some alpha stuff
  ACM people came by
  • working on a poster board thing with a kinect or something has a calendar thing, we built a domU for them
  meant to build other domUs, didn't finish with all of them moved more stuff from AFS to NFS
  • storage-1 jetstor is now empty, also now fixed...? temporarily broke some APT stuff, but it's back now

movie night

• die hard 4 proposing Tuesday before reading day over finals week try to get Rashid after exams

demo

• Notacon is this weekend! people have been writing code for us in R and Java
  • not so much 6809 asm
  we'll be the first vectrex demo with lowercase letters!
  • also non fixed-width font kerning!
  mdille3 finally found a way to use his research for something! what happens if your electron beam is pointed off the screen?
  • probably nothing interesting?
