• zirconium was hosed, so it was rebooted
• krb issues
  • can't get rsync tickets on Carbon
  • cannot ksu on git, gripe
    • git is now fixed

== IP Problems

• merichar has been queried about ipv6 addresses
• would be nice if we could support access from outside
  • this is not the best security*wise for physical machines
  • they should probably be on an ipv4 subnet
• we can probably free more IPs by wading through netreg

== Machine Room Indexing

• the goal here is to sync the wiki and the actual machines that exist
  • this will probably require relabling of some mislabled machines

== Budget

• budget has been created
• student activities fee has been increased
  • does this mean we can ask for 2.5x the budget?
    • if so, what would we ask for?
    • we don't really have a case here, so we won't

== CCVMS

• lots of interest, 6 users
  • only one non-working webapp is public facing
• user knowledge is… questionable
  • this is not unexpected for a hackathon
• we should switch this over to CMU internal IP addresses

== Git

• rvalle is working on this machine (with frozen)
• gitweb (what kernel.org uses) is nice
  • the drawback is that we might want something that plays like github
  • if any difficulties, anyone who wants something else inherits project

== KVM hupgrade

• allocation is on the budget
• (replacing the worse of the two)

• this is what came of the weather project
  • we should get a water sensor...
