- Budget
  - we missed the first round appeal…
  - we will be part of the second round appeal
- Do we want a Vice President?
  - elections beginning of may
  - constitutional amendment would take essentially two weeks
  - if we delegate, there's no radio club officer problem
    - consensus seems to be delegate
    - starting next year, "Social Chair" will now be "Vice President"
