- scgruber successfully recaptured our funds for KVM and Server Upgrades
- server ram & co is now an ongoing expense
Shutdown
- we should send mail to ops asking for what can go down thursday

- FMS is the worst at timing (5:30-7:30am on Friday)
  - rharwood and scgruber will wake up early and turn things off and then back on
  - anybody else who wants to come is welcome
  - there will not be celebration
