DEMOSPLASH
- Was pretty awesome.
- 160 registrations, 119 check-ins, 20 submissions
- Great job to people on staff. It was little crazy at times, but overall our organization was better than last year.

Operations
- www-node-2 was sadface
  - fixed itself by magic
  - more people need to monitor nagios
- Need to meet with Liz Vaughn at Student Activities to get data to resurrect Org Contrib
  - someone take point on this
  - possibly cpreseau
- Bugtracker
  - New milestones: Winter 2014, Spring 2014, Summer 2014. If your
  issues aren't going to get fixed this semester then reschedule them.
Projects
- demoium could use a better management interface
  - written in Rails
  - amin1 is tentatively assigned
- keyserver needs some love
  - it's a node.js app, if someone knows Javascript it's a good
  project to take on
- Any project updates?
  - No one worked on anything because Demosplash
Events
- Platform Nights
  - The last Saturday of each month we should drag out some retro
  platform or another and do a workshop during machine room
  - This gets new people actually involved with retro
  - Could maybe get a short-throw projector and beam the output onto
  the wall
  - Starting on 26 October
- Getting close to the time we need to reserve Retro Gaming Night
  - Sarah is no longer the Late Night Adviser so we'll need to
  reexplain ourselves
  - cpreseau is doing this
- Let's reach out to Andy Widdowson <apw@google.com> about that Tech Talk
  - By "Let's" do you mean "cpreseau"?
    - No, but he going to do it.
- PGP Keysigning Party
  - See note about keyserver above
  - Just a party (no talk), but have a 30 minute "help session"
  before
  - Require everyone submit keys ahead of time or attend help session
  - Tentative date: 25 October (Friday), 4:30pm (actual party at 5pm)
