- Need to plan next year's budget

- Computing Services Christmas Gifts
  - gifts are now taken care of
Operations
- Shelves ordered
  - should get here sometime this week & we should rack
- Batteries
  - next week (or soon!) we should measure internal resistance
  - replacement of stuff will have to happen at some point
- Pulled one 2850
  - we should decide how many {1650,2650} to keep around
- germanium needs to be built before the end of the week
  - it needs to go into Wean pre-end of week
  - it is replacing technetium
  - information needs to get to de0u
  - current migration plan: copy files jfs -> ext3, then pygrub

  - should be cool visualization of CGI executions
