    • stroucki needs to find an RJ-45 cable, didn't have enough time to find one
  • Disk failures on weizen-b
    • Since we've only had 6 failures since Oct, kbare doesn't think it's worth the effort to double-check them yet
    • Keep the failed disks around until total approaches 14, then test them
    • wait until more failures before testing

  • New rack installation

    • Questions to discuss now, finalize Saturday:
      • Which rack should this replace?
        • not sure of what rack to replace
        • jlareau, tparenti, stroucki, and areese, taking care rack stuff
          • they will decide what rack to replace, send appropriate notices
        • plan has been formed for switching switches when we need to move them
        • we will have some downtime no matter what
      • partial assembly is not possible
    • Pick a date/timeline for this so that relevant announcements can go out
      • stroucki suggests this may be a multi-week project
        • First Saturday: Move machines off of old rack (downtime as necessary)
        • Second Saturday: Remove old rack, set up new rack
        • Third Saturday: Move machines to new rack (downtime as necessary)
